This three-story 141,000 SF structure is part of the Science and Technology Park on Montgomery College’s Germantown, Maryland, campus, and includes biotechnology laboratories and a mock “good manufacturing process” (GMP) lab.

Concrete slab foundation – composed of three distinct levels.

Exposed concrete retaining walls and short stoops – capable of shoring up the surrounding landscaping while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance. This involved a high level of site work in preparation.
