Paul Kravic leads the finance team at Miller & Long and partners with other leaders in operations, risk management, employee benefits, and information technology to improve efficiency and the satisfaction of internal and external customers.

Mr. Kravic is a financial professional with over 20 years of financial leadership experience in the construction and real estate industries. He brings experience in the areas of accounting, finance, financial planning/budgeting and analysis, cash planning/treasury management, due diligence, and tax/estate planning. He is a trusted business advisor who has built solid relationships with company ownership and operational leaders, internal team members, and external stakeholders in both closely held and public company environments, providing relevant insights that improve business performance.

Mr. Kravic started his career in public accounting at one of the largest firms in the area, servicing the firm’s construction industry customers for six years. Prior to joining Miller & Long in 2017, he served in various financial roles at one of the area’s largest heavy-civil/specialty contractors for 15 years.
