Chief Administrative Officer

Jim Meers is responsible for implementation and management of job-cost control systems and methodologies. He assists in loss-control and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the chief financial officer and other operations officers, Mr. Meers manages the budgeting processes for all departments; participates in executive decision making regarding company finances; maintains productive working relations with members of the executive and management teams; and provides leadership with respect to implementation of new information technology. Additionally, he generates monthly job cost numbers for all active jobs and presents the monthly forecast numbers to both the owners and field leadership team.
