The unique architecture of Beyer Blinder Belle takes an exceptional concrete and glass design to unprecedented heights in the Rosslyn skyline. Central Place boasts 31 stories of concrete and glass above grade containing 377 residential units. The curtain wall glass is uniquely curved on the south elevation from the 16th to the 27th floor. The three tiered roof consisted of curved concrete slabs with curved walls on top.

There are 334 parking spaces provided in the three levels of below grade parking garage and 30,000 square feet of retail space exists on the ground floor. The sixth floor amenities include a pool and cabanas, a fitness center and a 17,000 square foot public plaza complete with a full canopy and Ipe decking.
